The Value Chain Strategy Lead will analyze market access businesses to inform organizational resourcing and investment decisions. They will also lead the end-to-end development of new market access pilots to drive impact for smallholder farmers.

The role involves building a pipeline of high-net-worth individual and institutional donor prospects and securing new donor relationships. Additionally, the candidate will act as a spokesperson for farmers and support the potential setup of a new One Acre Fund legal entity in their focus country.
