The Assistant Professor will support and coach nursing learners to achieve NCLEX success through personalized learning plans and consistent communication. They will also facilitate study sessions, monitor learner progress, and participate in faculty committees and functional projects.
The Subject Matter Expert will revise and improve nursing course materials to enhance clinical judgment and student readiness. They will collaborate with instructional design and assessment teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with current clinical practice.
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective nursing students, guiding them through the application and enrollment journey. Manage outbound and inbound communications, conduct interviews, and maintain accurate learner records in the management system.
Evaluates the experiential learning performance of nursing students in accordance with course outcomes and grading rubrics. Participates in faculty meetings, committees, and the implementation of functional projects to support the college's mission.
Facilitates distance education for nursing students using innovative teaching methodologies and cutting-edge technologies. Responsible for delivering the nursing curriculum, evaluating learner performance, and participating in faculty committees.
