Act as the technical bridge between customers and engineering to resolve complex data integration issues end-to-end. Perform deep investigations into logs and drive root cause analysis in a 24x7 global support environment.

You will take end-to-end ownership of Nexla's Amazon EKS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-scale system reliability. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineering teams to implement SecDevOps best practices and manage incident response for mission-critical data flows.
