The Senior Manager will define, measure, and communicate organizational impact through evaluation planning, logic modeling, and data analysis. They will lead large-scale data collection projects and consult with internal and external clients as a data analytics expert.

Lead project teams to implement professional learning and instructional capacity building for educators and leaders. Manage partnership strategies, design professional development materials, and drive contract renewals and revenue growth.

The Program Consultant designs and delivers professional learning and coaching for educators and leaders to improve K-12 math instruction. They are also responsible for managing partner relationships, supporting contract renewals, and generating new business leads.
