The Program Designer will develop and enhance learning solutions, curricula, and program frameworks to drive learner success and scalability. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights and innovative strategies into program models.

Own and improve the analytics platform by transforming raw data into canonical models and governed metrics. Maintain data quality, platform reliability, and the semantic layer to enable self-service reporting across the organization.

Own the analytical infrastructure for revenue decisions, including AI-enabled forecasting, financial tracking, and executive reporting. Manage Salesforce governance and ensure compliance across philanthropic and corporate revenue sources.
