Lead the quality and strategic alignment of content for two editorial properties focused on the energy transition. This includes commissioning and editing articles, managing a writer, and maintaining an editorial calendar to influence global narratives.

Lead fundraising and donor engagement strategies to achieve ambitious funding goals for Nura and its partners. Develop donor prospecting systems, create compelling storytelling materials, and provide capacity-building support to grantees.

The Managing Director will design and implement the operational systems, processes, and culture necessary to scale Nura's global climate communications fund. This includes leading financial oversight, recruiting a global team, and partnering with the Executive Director on strategic and operational planning.

Develop and execute a strategy to build a credible presence on Reddit through authentic participation and high-quality contributions. Monitor community trends and sentiment to provide insights that inform broader organizational strategies.
