The Director of Operations will own the end-to-end operational health of the company, overseeing business operations, supply chain, and customer support teams. They will identify inefficiencies, build scalable processes, and partner with engineering to optimize the operational infrastructure.

You will identify and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and support company growth. Additionally, you will analyze existing processes and collaborate with stakeholders to evolve the tools and workflows that power the business.

Coordinate cross-departmental projects and campaign executions to ensure products launch successfully on the platform. Support internal operations by documenting processes, building low-code automations, and performing data analysis.

Lead and develop a team of Account Executives while driving net-new creator acquisition and executing go-to-market strategies. Manage individual sales quotas, build strategic partnerships with talent agencies, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale business growth.

Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of complex features and projects, ensuring high quality and scalability. Mentor and support other developers while contributing to architectural discussions and improving platform reliability.
