The Senior Accountant will lead the transition of accounting functions from outsourced providers to an internal team while designing scalable processes and strengthening internal controls. They will own significant portions of the monthly close process, manage technical accounting areas like leases and revenue recognition, and collaborate across departments to support strategic growth.

Lead the implementation and onboarding of health plan partners, managing credentialing, payer enrollment, and fee schedule accuracy. Establish scalable workflows and diagnose operational inefficiencies to improve the onboarding process across the organization.

The Facilities Manager oversees new center development and ongoing operations across a national portfolio, including utility setup and quality standards. They coordinate repair and maintenance activities with vendors and contractors while tracking work orders and budgets.

The Reimbursement Manager is responsible for owning reimbursement performance by resolving denials, underpayments, and payer variances. This includes overseeing end-to-end billing operations, managing collections, and supervising billing staff to optimize revenue cycle KPIs.

Provide clinical supervision and oversight for nurse practitioners delivering infusion services in Georgia. Conduct virtual meetings, perform chart reviews, and collaborate on quality improvement and compliance initiatives.

The role involves building and deploying ML models to automate workflows, predict treatment delays, and manage the intelligence layer of the platform. Responsibilities include architecting LLM-powered workflows and maintaining data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
