Lead the operational, clinical, and financial success of infusion centers within the Central US region. Drive regional growth, profitability, and patient outcomes through strategic partnerships and process excellence.

Oversee the company's IT strategy and infrastructure, primarily managing the outsourced Managed Service Provider (MSP) relationship. Lead the IT deployment and operational readiness for new ambulatory infusion center sites during rapid national expansion.

The role involves building and deploying ML models to automate workflows, predict treatment delays, and manage the intelligence layer of the platform. Responsibilities include architecting LLM-powered workflows and maintaining data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.

Perform virtual patient consultations, clinical assessments, and prescribing in accordance with clinical protocols. Provide subject matter expertise to help design and optimize virtual clinical programs for infusion therapy.

The Business Development Executive will drive referral volume and revenue by building and maintaining relationships with specialist physician offices and key stakeholders in the Bronx and Westchester area. They will act as a brand representative, ensuring effective communication between referring practices and the operations team to improve patient access and outcomes.
