Acts as a single point of contact for members and providers to guide them through healthcare journeys, benefits, and claims. Responsible for resolving complex billing disputes and escalations while maintaining high member satisfaction metrics.

Acts as the subject matter expert for ASO and self-funded health plan underwriting, overseeing new business, renewals, and stop-loss placement. The role involves mentoring junior underwriters and collaborating with sales teams to ensure profitability and operational excellence.

Drive sales growth for health benefits by developing strategic relationships with brokers and clients. Create data-driven proposals and leverage expertise in self-funded and ASO products to expand market share.
