You will take end-to-end ownership of the data platform, including ingestion, warehousing, and the dbt transformation layer. Additionally, you will define and maintain business-critical metrics to ensure data trustworthiness for leadership decision-making.
You will lead the AI team, define the technical roadmap, and establish engineering standards for AI development. You will collaborate with product teams to integrate AI into workflows while ensuring high accuracy and reliability for legal professionals.
