You will architect and implement production-ready generative voice AI solutions, including managing the complete voice stack from telephony to LLM orchestration. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship reliable AI functionality and establish best practices for AI development and deployment.

The AI Lead will define and execute the AI roadmap while leading, mentoring, and growing the AI team. They will architect production-ready generative AI systems and contribute hands-on to core AI development across voice, chat, and document workflows.
