The specialist manages member relationships, billing inquiries, and retention strategies to reduce cancellations. Additionally, they oversee clinic inventory and supply chain needs to ensure essential medical equipment and supplies are stocked.

The Medical Director will lead the clinical strategy and development of the menopause and hormone replacement therapy program. They will also provide medical oversight, train clinical staff, and serve as the public-facing expert for the company's women's health initiatives.
