The specialist reviews medical records to ensure accurate and complete documentation of clinical treatments, decisions, and diagnoses. They collaborate with physicians and coding staff through queries and education to improve reporting of hospital outcomes and severity of illness.

Conduct comprehensive virtual patient evaluations and manage acute urgent care complaints via telehealth modalities. Develop evidence-based treatment plans and document all encounters within the EPIC EMR system.

The physician will conduct comprehensive telehealth medical evaluations, manage acute non-life-threatening conditions, and create evidence-based care plans. They will also document encounters in the EMR and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
