The General Manager will lead the strategy, buildout, and scaling of operations across the APAC region, including full P&L ownership. They will establish a regional hub-and-spoke model, manage sponsor relationships, and oversee clinical trial infrastructure execution.
The Director will serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and CROs across Central and Eastern Europe to ensure effective study launches and site performance. They will manage stakeholder relationships, report on study progress, and drive regional network growth by maintaining high standards of service delivery.
