The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for making outbound calls to eligible health plan members to educate them on the CKD program and persuade them to enroll. They must meet enrollment goals while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

The Registered Dietitian provides personalized virtual nutrition support and assessments for patients with chronic kidney disease. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop evidence-based care plans and educate patients on sustainable dietary changes.

They will oversee regional directors, manage high-impact relationships with payers and physician groups, and drive value-based care initiatives.

Develop and deliver end-to-end machine learning solutions, encompassing technical requirement definition, scalable system architecture, and implementing monitoring and maintenance workflows. The Staff Data Engineer will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for shaping, scaling, and governing the modern data ecosystem, focusing on architecture, hands-on engineering, and platform leadership to deliver high-quality data products. Key duties involve designing and implementing scalable batch and streaming data pipelines for various healthcare sources while ensuring HIPAA compliance and mentoring other engineers.
