The Product Manager will own product execution from concept to delivery, translating customer needs into actionable requirements. They will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to optimize payment flows and drive product adoption.

The role involves owning the customer support queue, responding to merchant inquiries with urgency and empathy, and assisting with merchant onboarding and offboarding processes. Key operational duties include monitoring queues, running performance reports against SLAs, and building internal documentation to improve efficiency.
