The Accountant will oversee all operational accounting, financial reporting, and general ledger maintenance while driving process automation and systems implementation. They will also manage AP/AR functions, support payroll administration, and serve as the primary interface for external audits.
The Account Manager will own day-to-day partner management, drive sales enablement, and execute training programs to grow adoption and pipeline. They will also define joint go-to-market strategies and ensure operational consistency across all partner programs.
Coordinate the end-to-end implementation process for customers, acting as the primary technical and project management point of contact. Ensure successful go-live by diagnosing technical blockers, training users, and aligning internal and external stakeholders.
