Lead the planning and execution of digital and direct mail fundraising campaigns for a portfolio of campus Hillel organizations. Develop annual marketing strategies and use data-driven analysis to optimize donor engagement and revenue.

Manage donor communications, stewardship, and the accurate processing of incoming donations across various channels. Coordinate with Finance and programmatic teams to maintain donor records in Salesforce and support fundraising campaigns.

This involves advising students on translating leadership experiences into professional opportunities and managing internship matching.

The SVP, M&C will lead Hillel's marketing and communications strategy, manage a large team, and oversee crisis communications and fundraising efforts. This role requires balancing immediate needs with long-term strategic goals.
