Coordinate internal operations and manage high-impact projects to scale student leadership programs and fellowships. Monitor key performance indicators and synthesize data to evaluate program success and inform strategic decision-making.

Lead the national safety and security strategy for the Hillel movement, overseeing implementation plans, audits, and risk assessments. Develop crisis response structures and provide strategic guidance to campus professionals and university leaders to ensure resilient environments for students.

The Director of Development will design and implement a strategic multi-year plan to grow the annual campaign and launch a capital and endowment campaign. This includes managing a portfolio of major gift donors and overseeing development operations and gift processing.

The SVP, M&C will lead Hillel's marketing and communications strategy, manage a large team, and oversee crisis communications and fundraising efforts. This role requires balancing immediate needs with long-term strategic goals.
