Develop and execute business development strategies, acquire and manage strategic customers and partners, and build a healthy sales pipeline across target industries. Lead customer discussions and negotiations, coordinate with technical and delivery teams on AGV/AMR solutions, and support regional market strategy, forecasting, and industry representation.
Provide onsite and remote technical support for AMR/AGV and warehouse automation systems, including installation, configuration, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and customer training. Coordinate with customers and internal teams in Poland and China to resolve technical issues, improve system reliability, and maintain service documentation.
Assist with AGV/AMR installation, configuration, commissioning, system integration, and remote or on-site troubleshooting. Support customer training and documentation, monitor robot fleet performance, and coordinate with service teams, logistics partners, and R&D, including frequent travel for customer projects.
Develop new business and grow machine vision sales across the UK and Benelux, managing customer relationships and the full sales cycle. Build distribution and system integration partnerships, provide technical solution guidance, and monitor market opportunities and sales forecasts.
Develop and manage strategic relationships with major industrial end users across Italy to introduce automation solutions. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence within strategic customer organizations.
