The consultant will customize and configure Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud modules while designing integrations and reports to meet business requirements. They are also responsible for data migration, system testing, and providing ongoing technical support and training to stakeholders.

The Proposal Coordinator supports the end-to-end proposal development process by ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and managing submission timelines. They are responsible for creating, formatting, and editing proposal content while coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather necessary inputs.

Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules and design scalable solutions aligned with industry best practices. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while managing project delivery, configuration, and user training throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations and manage multi-track transformation programs for global clients. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while building high-performing delivery teams and developing practice assets.

Key responsibilities include configuring and implementing Oracle Cloud SCM modules like Purchasing and Inventory, designing scalable solutions aligned with best practices, and preparing necessary documentation like lean specs and test scripts. The role also involves gathering business requirements, mapping processes to Oracle Cloud functionalities, and supporting SIT, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization.

The consultant will lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including configuration, solution design, and validation, while driving stakeholder meetings and ensuring solution alignment with industry best practices. Key duties involve acting as a trusted advisor, leading CRP sessions and training, owning module delivery across the project lifecycle, and mentoring junior staff.

The manager will lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations, manage multi-track transformation programs, and drive project governance including scope, timelines, and risk mitigation. They will also strengthen the PPM practice by developing accelerators and reusable assets while building and mentoring high-performing delivery teams.
