The Federal Incentive Analyst supports federal granting agencies by managing award implementation, compiling data, and preparing documentation. They also coordinate with internal departments and assist with financial and performance reporting.

The analyst will research, prepare, and submit grant and rebate applications while coordinating with internal departments to ensure compliance. They will also engage with state agencies and utilities to maintain relationships and support the Market Development team on special projects.

The Senior Manager will lead near and long-term financial forecasting while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and reporting processes. They will also manage treasury tasks and collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
