The Principal Software Engineer will provide technical leadership across multiple outcome teams to evolve platform architecture and mentor senior engineering staff. They will work hands-on in the code to solve complex cross-domain problems while establishing shared technical standards and practices.
The Risk & Compliance Lead will build and manage comprehensive risk and compliance programs, including HIPAA and GDPR, to support organizational growth. They will also oversee customer security reviews, manage contractual agreements, and foster a strong compliance culture across all departments.
Proactively manage a caseload of customers to ensure platform adoption, feature expansion, and long-term success. Lead retention efforts, conduct training sessions, and collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and platform utilization.
