They serve as a primary support contact for stakeholders, managing data integrity, system testing, and regulatory quality measure reporting.
The analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing Epic Professional Billing workflows with a focus on claims and remittance. They will troubleshoot system issues, manage work queues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements.
Develop and deliver Epic Cadence training, maintain training environments and materials, and support onboarding and ongoing education. Analyze training and operational data, produce reports, and partner with operational and IT teams to optimize workflows, support system changes, and improve user adoption.
