Manage technical engagements with Mid-Tier MSOs and Telcos to promote Harmonic's Cloud Native vCMTS and PON platforms. Design end-to-end network solutions and collaborate with product teams to align feature requirements with customer business needs.

The role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of monthly sales commissions and the administration of incentive plans. It involves reconciling expenses, building performance dashboards, and analyzing data to help shape future plan designs.

The intern will support the foundation for ISO 27001 certification by performing risk assessments and documenting treatments. They will also manage security policies, gather control evidence, and generate governance dashboards for executive leadership.

Develop and deliver high-quality technical education via instructor-led training, webinars, and LMS courses for customers and internal teams. Collaborate with R&D and Product Management to ensure technical accuracy and manage the training content lifecycle.

The engineer will support lab integration, testing, and field trials for the cOSTM platform while designing IP networking ecosystems to meet customer use cases. They will also act as a local technical point of contact, providing on-site troubleshooting and training for clients.
