Lead the company's transition to an AI-native organization by architecting AI workflows and building specialized agents. Responsible for educating the team on AI tools, enforcing responsible AI policies, and coordinating cross-functional AI efforts.

The Content Writer will craft theologically rich content such as meditations and prayers to enhance the user experience. They will also drive production and collaborate with various teams to ensure the content resonates with the audience.

The Producer will own end-to-end production for a flagship show and manage the operational backbone for a growing slate of audio and video content. This includes developing creative direction, managing production workflows, and overseeing distribution across the Hallow app and YouTube.
