The Payroll Manager is responsible for the end-to-end administration of the organization's payroll function, ensuring accurate and compliant compensation for all employees. This role involves managing tax filings, resolving payroll inquiries, and partnering cross-functionally with Finance and HR to optimize payroll processes.

Conduct thorough chart reviews for PACE applicants to determine eligibility and health and safety considerations. Collaborate with Site Medical Directors and Enrollment RNs to resolve documentation gaps and provide clinical expertise for regulatory submissions.

The role focuses on shaping and executing Habitat Health's expansion strategy through regulatory research and the submission of federal and state PACE applications. It involves engaging community stakeholders and regulatory bodies to advocate for PACE expansion and market entry.
