Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality banking infrastructure using Shape Up cycles. Balance technical contributions like code reviews and pairing with people management and strategic product shaping.

Own the supplier management framework and lead scenario testing to strengthen the bank's resilience posture. Develop the first-line controls assurance programme and embed a resilience culture across operations and technology teams.

You will own the end-to-end assurance review process for direct customers, scoping reviews and identifying gaps in financial crime controls. Additionally, you will produce formal reports with clear findings and recommendations to inform risk decisions while managing relationships with external stakeholders.

As CFO, you will lead the Chart function, report to the CEO, and work on strategic planning and budgeting. You will also oversee financial operations, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration on product launches.

The role involves owning the full board and committee cycle, managing governance frameworks, preparing regulatory submissions to the FCA and PRA, and administering the end-to-end share options scheme. This person will also act as a key contact for board members and support the legal team with paralegal tasks.
