They are responsible for maintaining project documentation, ensuring adherence to IRB standards, and facilitating communication between researchers and implementation partners.
The Research Fellow will provide technical leadership for a portfolio of research projects, including research design, statistical analysis, and monitoring data quality. They will also contribute to fundraising efforts, mentor junior staff, and represent the organization to external stakeholders.
