Manage and maintain financial data to create management reports, budgets, and forecasts using Google Sheets and Excel. Coordinate between accounting and program teams to ensure accurate project expenditure tracking and compliance with funder requirements.

The Research Fellow will provide technical leadership for a portfolio of research projects, including research design, statistical analysis, and monitoring data quality. They will also contribute to fundraising efforts, mentor junior staff, and represent the organization to external stakeholders.

The Research Associate will bridge the gap between rigorous data science and real-world policy impact by contributing to the design, implementation, and analysis of experimental and quasi-experimental projects. This includes architecting automated, reproducible workflows in R and STATA for data processing and translating complex statistical outputs into actionable insights for stakeholders.
