Fund Services Group

The Treasury Associate will facilitate treasury services, including processing capital movements and managing investment transactions for private funds. They are also responsible for reconciling bank activity, conducting audits, and providing white-glove service to investors.

Prepare, review, and distribute investor statements, capital account reports, and performance reports while maintaining investor platforms and databases. Partner with internal teams to validate reporting information and respond to investor inquiries regarding account activity and documentation.

The Vice President will review tax allocations, book-to-tax adjustments, and federal/state tax returns for private funds. They will also coordinate with outside tax preparers and respond to client inquiries regarding tax implications and obligations.
