Provide end-to-end loan administration and middle-office services for private fund clients throughout the full investment lifecycle. Manage loan activity, reconcile cash and principal balances, and prepare recurring portfolio reporting for stakeholders.
The associate will assist with recording accounting entries, reconciling cash balances, and preparing financial statements and performance reports. They will also collaborate with team members and third-party providers to ensure regulatory compliance and provide excellent service to investors.
The Senior Associate will manage accounting entries, investment performance monitoring, and the preparation of financial statements and tax schedules. They will also coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners while supporting the onboarding and training of new staff.
The Treasury Associate will facilitate treasury services, including processing capital movements and managing investment transactions for private funds. They are also responsible for reconciling bank activity, conducting audits, and providing white-glove service to investors.
Prepare, review, and distribute investor statements, capital account reports, and performance reports while maintaining investor platforms and databases. Partner with internal teams to validate reporting information and respond to investor inquiries regarding account activity and documentation.
