The role involves dual responsibilities of managing project timelines, budgets, and delivery while acting as a Business Analyst to define product concepts and requirements. You will own the product backlog and bridge the gap between business goals and engineering decisions in an AI-driven environment.

The Engineering Manager will ensure quality and process control across all Product Tech teams, monitoring project health and enforcing engineering best practices. They will also drive AI adoption and oversee the development of AI-driven processes.

Own deals end-to-end from first conversation through close, running disciplined pipelines with clear next steps and accurate forecasting. Lead discovery to uncover operational problems and generate your own pipeline when needed through cold calling.
