Engineer, implement, operate, and sustain resilient optical transport networks, including DWDM, OTN, SONET, and MPLS systems supporting utility and enterprise communications. Troubleshoot service issues, plan capacity and maintenance, maintain accurate network records, and coordinate projects and restoration work with technical teams, vendors, and field personnel.
Manage and operate vendor applications for construction and design while designing and supporting integrations across the application portfolio. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve defects, and provide high-value product increments.
