Responsible for qualifying non-members and members for FBN's crop protection, seed, and livestock platforms through outbound calls and prospecting. The role involves managing a sales pipeline using Salesforce and developing playbooks to overcome customer objections.

The Sourcing Lead acts as the single-threaded owner for third-party supply of Crop Protection products, managing supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance. They collaborate with internal teams to align product assortment, demand planning, and logistics to ensure availability and profitability.
