Own the delivery of high-stakes AI red-teaming engagements with governments and frontier AI companies. Manage the end-to-end technical recruiting pipeline and handle RFP processes and opportunity tracking.

The Research Lead will define and own a research workstream end-to-end, articulating a research agenda to mitigate catastrophic risks from advanced AI. They will also grow and lead a team of technical staff, mentor junior members, and drive adoption of research findings through publications and partnerships.

You will develop scalable implementations of machine learning algorithms and run scientific experiments. You will also contribute to the research direction and participate in the write-up of results.
