The FP&A Manager will lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting while owning a Business Unit P&L. They will also administer financial planning software and provide strategic analysis to support executive decision-making.

Design and develop scalable CRM and video platform features to improve user engagement and monetization. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement end-to-end systems while mentoring junior engineers in an agile environment.

Define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for brand safety and compliance systems across Fandom's monetization ecosystem. Lead cross-functional initiatives to build platforms for monitoring policy compliance and optimizing inventory quality to balance revenue and user experience.
