The Associate Project Manager serves as a project coordinator for utility-scale energy projects, managing the administrative backbone including submittals, RFIs, and document transmittals. They also facilitate contract management, pay-application processing, and coordination of owner-furnished equipment.

The Project Manager serves as the owner's representative for utility-scale wind, solar, and BESS projects throughout the entire lifecycle from development to operations. They lead site execution, manage EPC and vendor performance, and ensure project cost, schedule, and quality interests are protected.

Leads owner's representative project management for complex utility-scale energy projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk. Coordinates EPC contractors and stakeholders from development through commissioning and closeout to protect the owner's interests.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for utility-scale wind, solar, and BESS projects using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Analyze contractor schedules, track progress, and provide reporting to keep owner's projects on track.

Lead the development, review, and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules for utility-scale wind, solar, and BESS projects. Provide critical analysis of EPC and contractor schedules to optimize cost, quality, and risk for the owner.
