Develop and execute product marketing programs to increase awareness and adoption of Open VSX and its commercial offerings. Create high-quality marketing assets and collaborate with sales and product teams to drive go-to-market strategies for developer tools.

Design and implement AI-assisted pipelines to scan open source projects for vulnerabilities and prioritize findings. Collaborate with project maintainers to remediate security flaws and validate fixes through automated and manual workflows.

The Security Analyst will monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts while managing vulnerability remediation workflows across the organization. They will also document security incidents, maintain playbooks, and collaborate with technical teams to improve overall security posture.

You will design, develop, and maintain features across Eclipse Foundation platforms, including Open VSX and various APIs. Additionally, you will build secure services, contribute to backend architecture, and ensure platform resilience through monitoring and operational controls.

The Research Project Manager will lead the foundation's participation in European research projects by managing the full project lifecycle and fostering sustainable open source ecosystems. They will also provide technical guidance to partners and contribute to the development of new EU project proposals.
