The Senior Billings Analyst will manage billing adjustments, account reconciliations, and monthly close responsibilities for revenue accounting. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve AR issues and assist with customer onboarding and process improvements.
Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails to address the needs of partner merchants, customers, and dashers. Resolve time-sensitive issues such as payments, account questions, and technical troubleshooting while maintaining high service quality.
