The specialist will manage the full customer journey for research intelligence platforms, including conducting product demonstrations, onboarding, and training. They will also act as a technical advisor to support sales teams and foster relationships with reseller partners across the APAC region.

Lead the researcher growth channel by defining strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, and monetization across various segments. Build and scale a global researcher community to convert engagement into commercial outcomes and institutional demand.

The role focuses on driving operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, including payroll, onboarding, and HRIS management for US and global colleagues. It involves optimizing people systems and processes to improve efficiency and service delivery through automation and data-driven solutions.

Provide high-quality technical support and triage tickets for Figshare and Elements users, including researchers and IT teams. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex issues and maintain internal and external knowledge bases.

Provide operational and administrative support to sales, finance, and legal teams during pre-sales, contracting, and renewal processes. Maintain accurate customer contract data within Salesforce and manage central contract repositories.
