The role focuses on driving operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, including payroll, onboarding, and HRIS management for US and global colleagues. It involves optimizing people systems and processes to improve efficiency and service delivery through automation and data-driven solutions.

Provide high-quality technical support and triage tickets for Figshare and Elements users, including researchers and IT teams. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex issues and maintain internal and external knowledge bases.

Provide operational and administrative support to sales, finance, and legal teams during pre-sales, contracting, and renewal processes. Maintain accurate customer contract data within Salesforce and manage central contract repositories.

The role involves drafting and negotiating complex commercial, IT, and IP contracts while supervising a junior team member. You will act as a senior legal representative advising on data privacy, M&A integration, and new product releases.
