Lead the strategy and day-to-day operations of DigiCert's Public Key Infrastructure to ensure security, availability, and compliance. Oversee CA hierarchy, HSM administration, and lead internal and external audits such as WebTrust and ETSI.

Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts to drive closed-won deals within the assigned territory. Act as a trusted advisor to customers while coordinating cross-functional resources to achieve quota targets.

This role involves implementing infrastructure automation, monitoring, and system reliability practices to ensure 100% service availability, while also acting as a technical leader and mentor for engineering teams. Responsibilities include championing DevOps best practices, managing releases and incidents, and researching new technologies across cloud and hardware platforms.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers to design and build distributed systems for trust signals across AI models and connected devices. Oversee the development of secure, production-grade features while ensuring high reliability and performance targets.
