Develocity

You will be responsible for the reliability, performance, and availability of Develocity instances and supporting services. This includes driving automation, managing incident response, and collaborating with engineering teams to build reliability into features.

You will operate and maintain Develocity instances while participating in a follow-the-sun on-call rotation to manage incidents. Additionally, you will drive automation for deployments and monitoring while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure system reliability.

You will lead the reliability, performance, and availability of Develocity services while defining SRE standards and operational models. This role involves hands-on incident response, automation of operational workflows, and mentoring team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Toolchain Observability, integrating AI-driven development and agentic workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies and act as an external thought leader in the observability space.
