The role involves managing daily bookkeeping operations, including reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting for a portfolio of clients. The individual will serve as a primary client-facing contact, presenting financial data and explaining concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties including A/P, A/R, and month-end closing while preparing reports for leadership and CPAs. Manage daily operations within Salesforce, including lead tracking, pipeline updates, and data maintenance.

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including AP, AR, and month-end closing while preparing financial reports for management. Handle payroll processing and basic HR tasks such as onboarding and employee record maintenance.
