The Director of Customer Support will lead the VIP support organization by setting service strategy, designing tiered support models, and driving customer retention and satisfaction. This role acts as a connective hub across the customer lifecycle, partnering with engineering, onboarding, and enablement teams to ensure seamless operations and platform health.
