The Business Development & Capture Associate will identify and qualify federal and state Health IT opportunities while managing the capture lifecycle. They will collaborate with technical and proposal teams to develop winning strategies, white papers, and competitive bid responses.
The QA Lead will provide strategic and hands-on leadership for quality engineering across multiple Agile teams, ensuring end-to-end validation and continuous improvement. They are responsible for mentoring QA engineers, implementing AI-assisted testing solutions, and maintaining quality standards in alignment with CMMI Level 3 requirements.
