Constructive Dialogue Institute

The manager will oversee the editorial calendar, produce newsletters, blogs, and social media content, and manage marketing collateral. They will also support earned media efforts and collaborate with internal teams to align communications with organizational goals.

The Senior Program Manager will oversee the operational arc of the Leadership Institute, including summit planning, coaching logistics, and cohort reporting. They will serve as the primary liaison for institutional partners while identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance program efficiency.

The VP will lead CDI's communications strategy, narrative, and earned media presence to establish the organization as a leading national voice on constructive dialogue in higher education. This includes managing executive visibility, overseeing owned media channels, and building a communications team from the ground up.
