The Program Manager provides executive leadership for cybersecurity architecture and engineering services, serving as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders. They are responsible for contract execution, workforce management, risk mitigation, and ensuring the delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
The analyst will lead cybersecurity risk and compliance initiatives, including conducting risk assessments and security control evaluations. They will also coordinate audit activities and support vulnerability management and policy development for federal agency missions.
Execute full lifecycle recruiting for highly specialized technical and operational positions supporting USSOCOM programs. Partner with Business Development and HR to manage high-volume proposal staffing and ensure compliance with federal contracting regulations.
