The Insurance Producer will build and retain a book of business for contract surety bonds with administrative support from the company. They are responsible for managing relationships with medium-sized contractors and performing risk assessments.

The Sales Manager will recruit and manage a team of contract surety field producers across the Northeast and other remote locations. They are also responsible for self-generating business while building the sales team.
