Manage complex cyber claims in Germany, coordinating incident response advisers and external vendors while assessing liability, loss, coverage, reserves, and potential subrogation. Maintain accurate claim records, build relationships with insureds, brokers, and partners, and support underwriting, business development, customer preparedness, and coordination with global claims teams and partner insurers.
