Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for international leaders and teams outside North America, specifically in Insurance GTM, Security, Claims, and Tech. The role involves translating business priorities into HR strategies, coaching executives, and managing both strategic and operational people tasks.

Build and manage strategic relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders across Germany and Europe to drive growth and retention. Collaborate with Allianz and internal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and ensure a seamless customer experience for cyber insurance solutions.

Provide high-quality support to brokers and policyholders via chat, email, and phone while educating them on the company's cybersecurity and insurance platforms. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, security, and underwriting teams to resolve customer issues and improve internal processes.
