You will manage inbound and outbound mortgage sales inquiries while building strong relationships with clients and business partners. Additionally, you will ensure mortgage targets are met and oversee the documentation process from application to funding.
Serve as the primary point of contact for credit card clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to banking needs. Proactively identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial products and solutions to support their goals.
You will leverage your banking and mortgage expertise to help clients achieve home ownership by providing personalized advice and product solutions. You are responsible for business development, building local market connections, and managing client relationships on their schedule.
