The Key Relationships Officer is responsible for cultivating, pitching, and stewarding a portfolio of major gift donors to meet organizational revenue targets. They will build meaningful relationships through virtual and in-person visits while managing donor records and coordinating regional events.
Oversee cash flow, reserves, and restricted funds to ensure financial stability and alignment between donor commitments and organizational capacity. Develop multi-year investment and deploy models to inform strategic financial decisions and risk management.
Manage the full grant lifecycle and partnership relationships for global WASH programs to ensure effective implementation and accountability. Oversee program performance through a defined framework, monitoring milestones and integrating M&E findings to optimize impact.
Lead and manage the end-to-end grants audit process and conduct compliance reviews for partner organizations. Coordinate misconduct and risk management cases, including documentation analysis and the drafting of action plans.
