You will own the product roadmap across the API, customer dashboard, and new product lines while acting as the primary bridge between leadership, engineering, and go-to-market teams. You will conduct direct customer discovery to translate complex logistics workflows into actionable technical requirements.
You will lead the technical vision for cloud infrastructure, distributed event pipelines, and developer tooling to ensure high platform availability and performance. You will also architect high-throughput ingestion systems and mentor engineering teams to maintain architectural excellence.
