The Manager of Program Success manages a portfolio of nonprofit organizations to drive engagement, adoption, and long-term success. They serve as a strategic advisor, providing guidance and support while collaborating with internal teams to improve product and program outcomes.

You will own the end-to-end product strategy and delivery for a core area of the platform, collaborating with engineering and design to ship high-impact solutions. Additionally, you will lead AI integration efforts to transform the user experience and improve team workflows.

The Senior Director will lead a team of Customer Success Managers to drive revenue growth, increase net dollar retention, and manage enterprise renewals. They will also foster cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
