The Data Analyst II is responsible for processing data change requests, executing data transfers, and ensuring high-quality data management for clinical trials. They will also provide technical support, perform risk assessments, and collaborate with client services and technical teams.
Administer, configure, troubleshoot, and improve NetSuite, Microsoft 365, Box, Atlassian, and other enterprise applications, including resolving escalated support issues. Develop customizations, integrations, and automations; manage application changes and security practices; and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
The Central Quality Reviewer provides data oversight for rater training and endpoint reliability programs while ensuring clinical analysis of psychiatric and cognitive scales. They also conduct remediation for investigators and study staff to ensure adherence to protocol standards.
